While AAdvantage Cash™ is a voluntary program, all participants are expected to uphold the rules and standards outlined in the program’s guidelines. Non-compliance with these rules may impact your participation in the program.
All reported concerns are taken seriously and are reviewed during a weekly governance meeting. When necessary, issues are escalated to American Airlines and/or Citi® leadership for further action.
How to Report Concerns
If you observe behavior that appears to not follow the program’s standards:
1. Submit a feedback form by clicking here
2. In the form, select “Feedback/Suggestions” from the dropdown menu
3. Provide any relevant details to help us review and follow up appropriately
Your report will be handled with discretion, and your feedback helps maintain the integrity of the program for everyone
