How do I earn with the AAdvantage Cash™ program?

Base Earnings
As part of the AAdvantage Cash™ program, Contact Center and Premium Guest Services representatives earn a minimum of $50 for each approved application that includes their referral code.
To ensure credit for an approved application, tell your customer know to enter the referral code, which can be found in the referral email (Contact Center) or on the wallet card (PGS), in the “Referral Code” field during the online application process.
Tier-Based Payouts
Compensation per approved application increases as you move through the program’s annual tiers. Depending on your total approved applications within the calendar year, your earnings can increase to $100 per approved application.

Contact Center and Premium Guest Services representatives will receive the following one-time bonuses {Jan-Dec} once achieving each of the three highest tiers:
- $100 tier-achievement bonus for GOLD
- $300 tier-achievement bonus for PLATINUM
- $500 tier-achievement bonus for DIAMOND
These tier achievement bonuses will be paid in the second paycheck of the month following the month in which the tier is achieved.
Program Reset
The program resets every January 1st, and all eligible Contact Center and Premium Guest Services representatives begin at the BRONZE Tier, earning $50 per approved application to start the new year.
