Premium Guest Services representatives who are not qualified cannot participate in AAdvantage Cash™ and will not receive incentives for any accounts that were the result of a referral.

The guide provides all the essential knowledge needed to confidently promote the Citi® / AAdvantage® Executive World Elite Mastercard® to customers. It covers:

•    Key benefits of the card

•    Important program rules

•    Tips for success when engaging customers

•    Compensation details for approved applications

How to Qualify

Once you've reviewed the guide, you'll complete a short quiz:

•    You must correctly answer at least 8 out of 10 questions to become qualified.

•    If you don't pass on your first try, you’ll have the opportunity to review the guide and retake the quiz as needed.

Note:

Your qualification is valid for 12 months. You’ll need to requalify annually to remain active in the program and to continue earning compensation for approved applications.
