What You Need to Know:
Applications may be delayed for the following reasons:
• Not collected promptly from the crew room drop box
• Delayed mid-shipment with FedEx or USPS
• The information on the application is incomplete or illegible and requires additional review
• If the flight attendant ID is not clearly written, it can delay or prevent FA compensation for that application
Please allow 10 business days for a paper application to appear on your account before reaching out for assistance. At that point, please contact us and provide the following details so we can investigate what might have happened with the application(s).
• Number of applications
• Crew room drop box location
• Date mailed
• Delivery method (FedEx, USPS, UPS)
• Tracking information, if available
