If you can’t make it to an in-person roadshow, we invite you to join a RoadshowToGo™ session. It’s a great virtual option and enables you to connect with an AAdvantage Cash™ Field Engagement Manager (FEM) from anywhere.
• From the top menu, select ‘Roadshows’
• Use the dropdown to scroll to select ‘RoadshowToGo™’
• If the ‘Join Now’ button is green, click on the button and you will be able to meet with an FEM using Zoom
• If the ‘Join Now’ button is grey, there is not a current meeting in progress. Review the listed times for another option
• All times are displayed in Eastern Time
On the Mobile App
• Tap ‘More’, then select ‘RoadshowToGo™
• Tap ‘Join Now’ if the button is green to enter the meeting via Zoom
• If it’s grey, a session is not active—check alternate times
• You can also set a reminder for an upcoming session through the app
• All times are displayed in Eastern Time
