Monthly Spin Eligibility for Airport Agents and Representatives

What You Need to Know:


As an American Airlines airport agent or representative, you may be eligible for one spin per month on the AAdvantage Cash™ spin wheel. Spins can be used at in-person roadshows or during a virtual RoadshowToGo™ session.

Using the AAdvantage Cash™ Mobile App:

•    A red dot on the wheel icon (top of the home screen) and the ‘More’ tab (bottom menu) means a spin is available

•    Tap the wheel icon or go to ‘More’ > ‘Rewards’ to access the Spin Wheel page

•    On the Spin Wheel page, you’ll see your spin status for the month

•    If eligible, select ‘View Roadshow Schedule’ to see upcoming opportunities

•    Your QR code for in-person check-in is also available here and can be scanned by a Citi® Field Engagement Manager (FEM)


On MyAAdvantageCash.com:

•    Click ‘More’ in the top right corner, then select ‘Rewards’ to access the Spin Wheel page


Why You May Not Have a Spin Available

If your ‘Rewards’ page shows no available spin, it could be due to one of the following reasons:

•    You are not currently qualified, or haven’t requalified in the last 60 days

o    You can qualify at a roadshow and spin immediately

•    You have no valid applications submitted with your 6-digit AA ID in the past 3 months

•    You are currently on leave of absence

•    You have already used your spin for the current month
