What You Need to Know:
A best practice to follow before customers begin boarding the plane is to determine which flight attendants are qualified and participate in the AAdvantage Cash™ program, and decide who will:
- Read the PA verbatim
- Walk through the cabin and pass out brochures to customers who are interested in applying and appear to be 18 years old.
- Walk through the cabin to answer questions.
Each participant gives brochures with their 6-digit AA employee ID prefilled in the promotional code field to the designated walker.
Brochures are then stacked and handed out in this order to ensure fairness:
1 – 2 – 3 – 3 – 2 – 1 (this order reflects 3 participants).
This stacking method enables each flight attendant to have an equal chance to have their brochure distributed. If a flight attendant is not qualified, they cannot participate in the program.
