Your access to the portal while on leave is as follows
What You Can Access or Do While on Leave:
• View historical earnings, including current-month earnings up to the start of your leave
• Stay informed with banners highlighting current promotions and offers
• Check the roadshow schedule
• Read support articles and submit support requests
• Attend roadshows or a RoadshowToGo™ session
What You Cannot Access or Do While on Leave:
• Participate or distribute brochures
• Qualify or requalify for the AAdvantage Cash™ program
• Register for promotions
• Spin the wheel at a roadshow or RoadshowToGo™ session
• Receive compensation for decisioned applications while on leave
• Receive marketing or transactional communications
If you were an active participant in the AAdvantage Cash™ program before going on leave, and you’d like us to monitor any applications submitted prior to your departure for potential approvals, please reach out to us here.
We’ll monitor your account for 30 days and review any application approvals that occur during your leave. Each case will be evaluated to determine eligibility for compensation.
Returning to the Program After Leave
Once you return to active status, your status should automatically update in the daily HR file we receive. Please note:
• It may take up to 5 business days for your return to reflect in our system
• The AAdvantage Cash™ team cannot manually update your status—we must wait for confirmation via the HR file
As soon as your active status is reflected in the portal, you’ll regain full access to the program.
If your qualification expired while on leave, you’ll need to requalify before participating again. Otherwise, you can resume participation immediately once your status is updated.
