What You Need to Know:
To ensure you receive compensation for approved Citi® / AAdvantage® Platinum Select® card applications, your 6-digit AA ID must be clearly written in the 'Promotional Code' field located on the front of each ticket jacket you distribute.
When customers apply online, they’ll be prompted to enter a Promotional Code—this is where they will enter your AA ID.
Pro Tip:
Before your shift begins, take a moment to pre-fill your 6-digit AA ID in the Promotional Code field on your ticket jackets. This simple step helps avoid errors and ensures you receive proper credit.
