Approved Applications by Tier

What You Need to Know:

Airport agents and representatives will earn a minimum of $50 for each approved application submitted with their 6-digit AA ID.

Earnings per approved application can grow as high as $100 per approved application depending on the cumulative approvals during the calendar year. See below chart for more information. 

To be compensated, customers must enter your 6-digit AA ID when filling out the online application. 

Customers can find your 6-digit AA ID also known as the "Promotional Code" on the front of the ticket jacket.

Airport agents and representatives will receive a one-time tier achievement bonus when a new tier has been achieved.

• $100 bonus for GOLD aviator 
• $300 bonus for PLATINUM aviator
• $500 bonus for DIAMOND aviator

All AAdvantage® Cash compensation will be paid in the second paycheck of the month, following the month it was earned. You will see one single line in your paycheck that says “AAdvantage® Cash”.

Compensation tiers reset on January 1 each year, and all eligible airport agents and representatives will begin the year at the "aviator" tier earning $50 per approved application until they achieve SILVER aviator or higher!
