What You Need to Know:
If your station is scheduled to host a roadshow, you’ll receive notification with the specific dates and times.
If you can’t make it to an in-person roadshow, we invite you to join a RoadshowToGo™ session. It’s a great virtual option and enables you to connect with an AAdvantage Cash™ Field Engagement Manager from anywhere.
On MyAAdvantageCash.com:
1. From the top menu, select ‘RoadshowToGo™’
2. If the ‘Join Now’ button is green, click to join a live meeting via Zoom
3. If the button is grey, no meeting is currently in progress—check the schedule for upcoming times
4. All times are listed in Eastern Time
On the Mobile App:
1. Tap ‘More’, then select ‘RoadshowToGo™’
2. Tap ‘Join Now’ if the button is green to enter the meeting via Zoom
3. If it’s grey, a session is not active—check alternate times
4. You can also set a reminder for an upcoming session through the app
5. All times are displayed in Eastern Time
