Why am I no longer able to log in to AAdvantage® Cash?

What You Need to Know:


If you are currently on a leave of absence you are no longer eligible to participate in AAdvantage® Cash or access MyAAdvantageCash.com. 


When you return to active duty and reappear on our daily eligibility file, you will then be able to participate and log back in to MyAAdvantageCash.com. It usually takes 2-3 business days after you return to work for you to reappear on our eligibility file.
