What You Need to Know:
All AAdvantage Cash™ earnings—including base payouts, promotional bonuses, and qualification incentives—are paid in the second paycheck of the month following the month in which they were earned.
Example Scenarios
• If your approved applications are processed in January, you will receive payment on your
second paycheck in February.
• If you complete program qualification in March, the $25 bonus will be included in your second paycheck in April.
How Payments Appear
• Each approved application earns a single compensation rate, determined by your current tier.
• You’ll see one consolidated line item on your paycheck labeled “AAdvantage Cash™” for all earnings in that pay cycle.
Note: If you're on a leave of absence from American Airlines, the payment schedule may vary. Additionally, processes may differ between mainline and regional employees. Please reach out directly with any leave-related questions.
How to Check Your Earnings
On the AAdvantage Cash™ Mobile App:
1. Log in to the app
2. Tap the ‘My Earnings’ icon at the bottom of the screen
3. Select ‘Earnings History’ to review past payouts
On MyAAdvantageCash.com:
1. Log in to your account
2. Click on ‘My Earnings’ in the top navigation bar
3. Choose ‘Earnings History’ to view past payouts
