Approved Applications by Tier

What You Need to Know:

Flight attendants will earn a minimum of $50 for every approved application submitted with their 6-digit AA ID number. 

Earnings per approved application can grow as high as $100 per approved application depending on the cumulative approvals during the calendar year. See below chart for more information. 

To be compensated, the application must include a 6-digit AA ID number. This AA ID number can be written in the “promotional code” box on the inside/back panel of the paper application or entered by the customer when they are applying online.

Flight attendants will receive one-time tier achievements bonuses upon reaching the following tiers:

•    $100 bonus is paid when GOLD aviator is achieved

•    $300 bonus is paid when PLATINUM aviator is achieved

•    $500 bonus is paid when DIAMOND aviator is achieved

The tier achievement bonuses will be paid in the second paycheck of the month following the month the flight attendant reached the tier. 

The program resets on January 1st each year, and all eligible flight attendants will begin the year at aviator tier earning $50 per approved application.
