What You Need to Know:
If you are currently on Leave of Absence (LOA), this means you are no longer eligible to participate in AAdvantage® Cash. However, if we receive applications that were approved while you were active, we will ask payroll to compensate you accordingly.
In some instances, this may require a manual payment which we will request on your behalf. Regardless of the circumstances, compensation earned while you were active and qualified is always requested after we complete our auditing process at the beginning of the following month in which it was earned.
When you return to active duty and reappear on our daily eligibility file, you will then be able to log back in to AAdvantage® Cash. It usually takes 2-3 days after you return to work for you to reappear on our eligibility file.
