Managing digital gift cards on MyAAdvantageCash.com

What You Need To Know:

Track and receive notifications from your digital gift card rewards from roadshows and RoadshowToGo™ on  MyAAdvantageCash.com.

Notification of a Gift Card

If there’s a red dot on the ‘More’ icon in the lower navigation, it means you have an available spin or gift card. If it’s a gift card, you will also receive a push notification and an email to notify you to select your gift card.

Choosing Your Gift Card 

• Select the ‘Choose Gift Card’ tab from the side tab menu. On the ‘Choose Gift Card’ page, you’ll see a card with your reward amount. 
• There will be a variety of merchants available for you to select. Once you select a merchant, the ‘Confirm Selection’ will change to blue and become active. Note: Different merchants may be available based on the amount of your reward. 
• After clicking ‘Confirm Selection’, you’ll automatically navigate to the ‘Your Gift Cards’ tab and see a congratulations success message. 
• Gift cards must be selected within 60 days, or they will expire and not be able to be claimed. Once a gift card is selected it does not expire. 
  
  

Sharing Your Gift Card

Once you select your gift card, you will receive a confirmation email with the gift card code and PIN (if required). If you wish to share a gift card with a family member or friend, you can forward the email you received to them. Be sure not to redeem the gift card if you plan to share it.

Redeeming Your Gift Card

• Your gift card will be listed under ‘Your Gift Cards.’ The code and PIN (if required) will be displayed on the gift card. Once a gift card is listed here it does not expire. Note: Gift cards only reflect the merchant and amount that you received. Any account activity and remaining balances on gift cards are handled by the merchant and not reflected here.
• Click on ‘Tap Card to Redeem’ to redeem your card on the merchant’s website. The redemption process may vary depending on the merchant. Note: Your code and PIN (if required) are also available in an email in case you need to refer to them later.
• Once you redeem a gift card, it will appear on your ‘My earnings’ page and be displayed under gift card rewards.

Removing a Gift Card

• Before removing any gift card, be sure you have added your rewards to your merchant account.
• Select the card you want to delete. It will move to the top and a trash can icon will appear in the corner.
• Tap the trash can icon. A warning message will appear to confirm you want to delete the card.
• Tap ‘Remove’ to delete the card.
