What is a tier achievement bonus?
What You Need to Know:
Contact Center and Premium Guest Services representatives will receive the following one-time bonuses upon achieving the approved application requirements for each of the three highest tiers:
- $100 tier-achievement bonus for GOLD
- $300 tier-achievement bonus for PLATINUM
- $500 tier-achievement bonus for DIAMOND
These tier achievement bonuses will be paid in the second paycheck of the month following the month in which the tier is achieved.
