Managing Digital Gift Cards on MyAAdvantageCash.com

What You Need to Know:

You can track, receive notifications, and redeem digital gift cards earned from roadshows and RoadshowToGo™ sessions directly through MyAAdvantageCash.com.

Gift Card Notifications

•    A red dot on the ‘More’ icon in the top navigation bar indicates a pending spin or available gift card

•    If it's a gift card, you’ll also receive a push notification and an email prompting you to choose your reward

How to Choose Your Gift Card

•    Navigate to the ‘Choose Gift Card’ tab in the side menu

•    On the selection page, a reward card will display your gift amount

•    Browse available merchants (selection may vary based on reward value)

•    Once a merchant is selected, the ‘Confirm Selection’ button will turn blue

•    Click ‘Confirm Selection’—you’ll be taken to the ‘Your Gift Cards’ tab with a success message

Important: Gift cards must be selected within 60 days, or they will expire and cannot be claimed. Once selected, the gift card does not expire

Sharing Your Gift Card

After selecting a gift card:

•    You’ll receive an email with the gift card code and PIN (if applicable)

•    To share the gift card, forward the confirmation email to a friend or family member

•    Do not redeem the card yourself if you plan to share it

Redeeming Your Gift Card

•    Go to the ‘Your Gift Cards’ tab to view available rewards

•    Gift card details, including merchant, amount, code, and PIN, will be displayed

•    Click ‘Tap Card to Redeem’ to use the card on the merchant’s website

•    Once redeemed, the card will also appear on your ‘My Earnings’ page under Gift Card Rewards

Note: Redemption steps may vary by merchant. For balance inquiries or further activity, contact the merchant directly.

Removing a Gift Card

•    Before deleting a gift card, ensure it has been fully added to your merchant account

•    Select the card you want to remove—it will move to the top with a trash can icon

•    Tap the icon, confirm the warning prompt, and select ‘Remove’ to delete the card
