What You Need to Know:
Once you reach the PLATINUM aviator or DIAMOND aviator tiers, you will have the option to order applications for the next offer change. All eligible flight attendants will receive an email before an offer change inviting them to submit an order in the AAdvantage® Cash mobile app or on MyAAdvantageCash.com.
• PLATINUM aviators: Eligible to have applications mailed directly to their home
• DIAMOND aviators: Eligible to have applications pre-printed with their 6-digit AA ID mailed directly to their home
Both PLATINUM and DIAMOND aviators can order pens with their applications as well, all free of charge!
Ordering is only open before an offer change. Unfortunately, we are unable to fulfill orders once that timeframe to order applications has closed.
How to navigate to the order form:
AAdvantage® Cash Mobile App
• From the home screen, click on your avatar or ‘More’ and then ‘My Profile’
• From the profile page, click on ‘Application Ordering’ at the bottom of the screen
• This will take you directly to the order form
MyAAdvantageCash.com
• Once you log into the website, click on the ‘More’ tab in the top right-hand corner
• From the ‘More’ tab, click on ‘Application Ordering’
• This will take you directly to the order form
‘Application order’ will only appear on AAdvantage® Cash mobile app or on MyAAdvantageCash.com if you are a PLATINUM aviator or DIAMOND aviator.
